Hi Folks,A couple weeks ago I was infested with a ton of malware/spyware, causing all sorts of mayhem. Following the advice, and ALL the steps, of your Hijack This! forum, I was able to successfully clean and restore my system, and install lots of protection from this ever happening again.

ray: I have one minor remaining glitch that appeared as part of/following the cleansing process that I would like to fix, and I believe this is the appropriate section to address it.I have a Dell Dimension, Pentium 4,
windows xp SP2 with all the latest MS updates. The problem is as follows:While starting up, I get a windows info box (with an 'OK' button) titled "REGSVR32". Inside the box it says: 'Load Library ("c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\qlifqbef.dll") failed - specified module could not be found'. I can click the 'OK' button, and the box disappears and the system operates just fine, but I would really like to rid myself of this startup glitch. I have searched for the .dll file on the hard drive, but cannot find it, if it even exists. While searching, I have used the 'advanced search' features like hidden files, system files, etc. Please help me rid myself of this annoying message. Also, opinions on whether to go ahead and install XP SP3 are welcomed, as my 'auto updates' is asking me to do it.... but I'm skeer'd... Thanks in advance!!Brian MacKinnon
