Default Live Broadcasting w/ Windows Media Encoder and VHCapture Drive

Greetings, I am extremely sorry if this question is in the wrong section of these forums, please feel free to move it if needed. I'm not a top notch computer guy. I have been trying to do some screen capturing useing the VH Screen Capture Drive, a free software from Hmelyoff Labs along with Windows Media Encoder. I click "Broadcast Live Event". The next box has both a section to choose both Video and Audio Devices. I picked the VHScrCap to Screen Capture, and then my default audio device for Audio. I do understand that I will be pushing this to either Windows Media Player or the VLC Media Player. My Port has been port forwarded to 8080. Here, I have another section to pick Video/Audio. It automaticly/defaulty had Multiple Bit Rates Video (CBR), and I have also tried Screen Capture (CBR). Audio is set at Multiple Bit Rate Audio (CBR). I'm hopeing that I'm setting this up correctly. If not, why? Is there a way to turn "on" the VHScrCap Driver? If you have any questions, please tell me and I can try to make it more simple than I have here in this post. - Thank you.
