 Frozen Laptop I have a Dell Inspiron 1521 laptop using windows vista. Now when I turn on the computer, it goes to the screen for the user log on and is frozen from there. I can move the mouse, however, nothing is "clickable". I have shut down and rebooted quite a few times to no avail. Any ideas??  |
