| I have a 2 month old Sony Vaio VGN-CR320E laptop with Vista Home Premium on it and I keep getting this pop up whenever I try to install new software. I've googled up how to fix the problem and the method I found says to right click Computer click on Manage then Device Manger and to the tab that has IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers where my DVD/CD drive should be. But I don't see it anywhere. Some help would be greatly appreciate on where I could find the drive or if there is an easier way to get this fixed. ^^ |
