Default *How do i cool down a HIS X1650 Pro with IceQ?*

so I got this card, I went through hell getting the thing to boot, then not crash during games, I am satisfied that I can play my games fine with it and not crash, the only problem... I have to aim a box fan into my case while it sits on the ground (not in its little space on my desk) so i was wondering if there was a VGA cooler or something that can achieve the kinda cooling I need to not crash... The ICEq that came on the bottom of the card seems to function at its unadequate level, ( i assume this because the fan does indeed spin) I never place the side panel of my case on, and my case is just OEM compaq, with a fan on the back, my CPU fan spins well, and my PSU is a rosewill 500W that I always have fanned up all the way. suggesstions?
