| Hi, I was asked to try and clean off an infection of AntiSpyCheck malware by a friend. I decided to use Malwarebytes software for the cleaning process and after a lengthy scan it identified about 80 files needed to be quarantined. After the quarantine and reboot an error occurs which prevents the OS (XP Home) from loading: This application has failed to start because ole32.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix the problem. Userint.exe unable to locate component. How can I reinstate the ole32.dll when I can't get the OS to start, even in safe mode? |
