| I have a new Lenovo T61 with Soundmax HD Sound driver installed. When I open the control panel, I get the option to adjust sound for Master Volume, Wave, SW Synth, CD Player and Microphone. On my old T43 I also had an option that said 'Line in'. When I was recording sound through for example audacity, I had the option to choose between microphone and line-in recording. Now that I don't have the 'line-in' option in Soundmax HD, I cannot record sound with audacity, as the only option is microphone which is crap sound and records background sounds such as coughing as well, not just the sound that goes through the soundcard. Any ideas why it is not possible to get 'line-in' on Soundmax HD Sound on T60 and T61 machines? Thanks for any suggestions how to solve this... |
