| So after extensively searching this forum, I am still not able to rectify my situation. I have a gigabit router (wired) (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...SYS-_-33124091) that connects my media server, xbox360, My PC and whatever else I want to add. I also have a a linksys wrt54g with speed boost that I have running dd-wrt I want to just use it as an access point. I have cable running between the two routers (LAN-LAN) and I have the DHCP turned off, as well as the wireless router set to an Ip address outside of what my wired router assigns. If I try to connect wirelessly I can connect but have no access to the internet or to either router. But if i connect directly to the wired router i can access the internet and both routers through their IP address. Is there something that I am doing that is incorrect? Thanks for any help in advance. -Aeron |
