Default Help with figuring something out.

OK, first off I am not to sure. Haven't been around too much with networking. Though how would if I could connect to a device (computer/server) on my network which is located at 192.168.1.3 when I am on 192.168.0.5.You must take a few things into account.Set up is like this.DSL>Modem>router>4 Other computers.----------->"computer device"So from Modem I have the USB port plugged in to an extra PC which I am using it as a server, and a Netgear router which then connect to 4 other computers. Now how would One of those 4 computers from the lower level network connect to that device?Extra things to take in account. The modem is ADSL, I configured my Netgear router MTU to pick up on the modem's properties. I have the Modem device assigning DHCP. So is it possible to connect to that device?192.168.0.5>192.168.1.3?
