| Hi, I have an HP dv9830 Pavillion laptop running Vista Home Premium 64bit. I'm trying to connect to a Linksys WRT150N router. I have also a Dell XPS420 running Vista Ultimate connected wirelessly to router without a problem. The problem is, the HP will only connect wirelessly if the router is set to B/G mode. If it's set to just N mode, the HP cannot even see the SSID, nothing, like it doesn't exist, put back to B/G mode and it connects fine. I've checked the properties of the HP adapter and N is enabled. Any suggestions would be appreciated. A waste to have an N router set to B/G mode. |
