I provide IT/network support for 3 different offices. We rolled out a new proxy 2 weeks ago at 1 office to block streaming video sites, gambling sites, etc. Everthing has gone as planned so far, but any user trying to access the internet from the one office that belong to one of the other domains, have all network access, but can't access the internet, a login screen appears, as like everyone else, but will not give them access. at first I thought there was issues, but if I put in my admintrator user name and password at there workstation, internet access is granted. Microsoft had me download hotfix kb895948-x86-enu, but this has not resolved the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
