Default Worried About System Temps

I have read all about this, and I really just cant understand what my Computer's temperature is supposed to be, the fans are CONSTANTLY as high as they will go, even at idle or when just browsing the web like I am now. I have Sensors view and Speedfan both installed on my computer, at the moment, the computer has had no load outside internet browsing, and stays at: CPU: 13C-15CSYS: 20C-25CAUX: 38C-45CWhen I play games like EVE Online, the temps ROCKET up to:CPU: 40C-45CSYS: 55C-60C SOMETIMES 65CAUX: 43CAnd thats when I am only online for 5 mins or so.I do NOT know what those temps mean, but I have been told that is crazy high for playing a game like EVE. Can someone explain each temperatures meaning? My computer is a Gateway GT5670 Phenom 8400(2.1GHz) 3GB, ( Found Here : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16883113059 )AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual Core Processor 5000+ 2.6 GZ32 Bit Operating System3 GB RaMNVidia Gforce 8800 GTThe computer has never shut down on me, however, it has sounded the warning alarm on me several times. I AM willing to spend 25-50 bucks on a sweet heat sink but I don't know what will fit in my case. I recently purchased a new graphics card, its pretty big, a Gforce 8800 or something like that. And a little case fan that I added to try to help with the temperatures. I used Bios to bump the temp for sounding the alarm from 65 to 70, because it was getting on my nerves.I am NOT a computer genius, I am VERY limited in what I know. I am a little paranoid that I will do something wrong and destroy my computer if I try to put in a new Heatsink... but if it might save my computer I will try.Any tips / advice would be wonderful. Thanks in advance.Secondary Questions: How do I know what sort of Power supply I have, and or if it is of a good enough quality for the type of computer I am attempting to run?Should I add more fans? If so, is it true that it is better to have more exhaust fans than intake fans?
