Default "Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API"




Hi,I have been having a problem with my computer evrytime I open it loads and everything but doesnt get past the login screen then it says, "Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API". and when I press okay it just reboots and says the same thing over and over. It's not a hiberate problem because i checked other forums which didnt help. Can anyone please help me.
