Default Determine PSU Requirements

Going to upgrade an old (very old) PC. Bought a PCChips P21G motherboard and 1GB (2x512 Samsung PC3200 DDR) of RAM. Going to drop in either a 40GB or 80GB HD and use the built-in video. This machine is going to be running 24x7 and connected via serial port to my Solar Power system to capture the data from the inverters so it doesn't need to do much. I have not opened the machine yet, but, I'm guessing I may need a new(er) PSU. The problem is that I can't seem to find anywhere that tells me what the power requirements are of the board itself. Any ideas where to go look or basic suggestions? I was thinking a decent brand 360 or so would be enough to run the board w/video, HD, RAM, serial port and fans (probably going to add a front/rear fan if they aren't there already). Thanks as always guys!!!!
