I was using my 19" primary monitor yesterday morning just fine but then I turned off my computer and unplugged everything to move it to a computer desk. Once I hooked everything up the monitor no longer worked. My computer is running fine and I am getting power to my 21" secondary monitor fine as well.The ViewEra 19" monitor has a power adapter that transfers the regular power connection to a smaller more compact one that you plug into the back of the monitor. The power adapter is getting power (Green light turns on faintly) but the monitor isn't getting any power.Is there ANY way I can resolve this issue without having to purchase a new monitor?Thank you.
