Default Medusa 5.1 ProGamer Edition V2 power issue.

My Medusa 5.1 ProGamer Edition V2 worked fine for the first month I had it but all of a sudden it just stopped working. It requires power through a USB or AC Adapter to work. Originally I was powering it with the USB connection. Now, neither the USB or AC Adapter work.I contacted the support team for Speedlink/Medusa and they said I would have to mail it back to Germany for them to verify it's a hardware failure on their side for it fall under warranty. The price and time it would take to have it sent to Germany and back is not even worth it really.Does anyone have any ideas of what could have caused this and methods to resolve this issue? It's in good condition still and worked great until one day it was just not working.Thank you.
