My Book 320 not recognized

 My Book 320 not recognized just bought it today. when i plug it in windows asks to install software. but it cant find it. so then it drops the hard drive in the "other devices" catagory of the device management window. it just wont install it idk wat to do. i tried it on another computer and it started right up no problems it was installed and ready in under 5 mins...  |
