 WD 500GB mybook won't power on I see lots of people having problems with their MyBooks, but my problem isn't with the device not being recognized. Basically, I left my HD in my suitcase at a friends for a few days, and when I got it back and plugged it in, the LED won't light and the drive isn't found. I tried powering it with another MyBook power cord, but it still didn't turn on. I'm really really hoping that it's just some sort of power supply problem so I don't have to deal with data recovery....  |
