 Backup Failure with Maxtor OneTouch4 I have used my new device several times without any trouble. But the last time I ran it, it only ran for a few minutes before saying that the backup was complete, and that 12 files containing 4 MB had been backed up. At first I thought it was an incremental backup, but then I saw the "Backup Failed!!!" icon in the system tray. I have scoured Maxtor online tech support to no avail, and haven't received a response from their tech support reps. Can you help?  |
