I know, I know.. you guys must have gotten hundreds of these, but I did search and couldn't find anything. Perhaps, someone may help me with this!OS: Windows XPMobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...6813128044SATA HDD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...2E16822148262I have it on SATA 0 and BIOS detects it and when windows starts up, I get the 'safely remove hardware' icon. I'm not sure if I have the SATA Controller driver, but I did install the latest SATA/RAID downloads for my mobo. Do I have to or should I put an OS on it? I plan on using 1 IDE HDD with the SATA drive, so I'm not sure if it is necessary. How do I get this SATA up and running?
