 Drivers not installed after format Hi,I have been having laptop problems with a file missing from system32/hal.dll. I put in a different XP cd since I don't remember getting one with the laptop. It formatted the computer, wiped everything out, and now it won't go online. It says that all the drivers under "other devices" are not installed. I'm afraid that I really messed it up now. Windows is at least loading up now, but I can't get a connection. When I put in the cd to search for the drivers it doesn't find any. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am frustrated with this computer. Thanks!  |
