| My problem's two-fold, and all of it confuses me-- For a while I've been experiencing bad scroll lag in IE as well as every other program that uses any kind of scrolling. When I scroll and have the task manager up I discover that it uses about 90% of the CPU which is ridiculous. Any thoughts on that? I've researched a little and the consensus seems to be that I need to reinstall video card drivers, and therein lies my second problem: my computer can't identify the graphics card I have, so I can't download any new drivers for it. I used the Devices Manager to try and figure it out but it just tells me that it can't identify the card and lists the monitor as (DEfault Monitor). Can anyone help me figure out how to a) identify the card and b) fix the lag? |
