 CD Rom /DVD Rewriteable Won't Work Error Code 39 :upset: I'm about to pull my hair out. My Dell Dimension E521 CD ROM and DVD Rewriteable burner won't work. My Device Manager says error code 39. I bought a new CD-Rom and it still won't work and says the same thing. My warrenty just ran out and Dell won't help me, my computer is just over a year old. I've tried everythiong that I have found to fix it but it doesn't work. I'm running Vista Home Premium. Can someone tell me what to do? Thanks Annette  |
